  • How long take to get my order?

    Usually between 1/2 working days in the UK excluding weekend and festive, International order will be send by Evri (The new Hermes). For more details estimated delivery time check our shipping policy or please visit: Royal Mail Track your item or Evri Parcel Tracking . You will receive a tracking number in your Order Despatch email, that will track the progress of your delivery with our courier partner, Royal Mail and Evri.

  • What payment methods can I use?

    We accept all major credit cards on our website, including AMEX. You can also pay with PayPal or Apple Pay.

  • Do I need to create an account to place an order?

    No, you do not need to create an account with us to place an order. When you reach checkout, simply entering your email address and fill up form. If you then decide to create an account at the end of the order process, you can do so easily and will benefit from order tracking, saved addresses, wish list and more.

  • How do I return an item?

    We accept all major credit cards. You can also pay with PayPal or Apple Pay.

    We hope that you are delighted with every order you receive from MUVI, but if you are not perfectly satisfied with your items, you have 30 days to return your items to us (in the condition you received them with all brand tags attached to the item) for a refund.

    Please note that sale items are final and are not eligible for return.

    To Return Your Item:

    Pack your items securely in the original box and include the original invoice in the package.

    Attach the supplied return shipping label to the outside of the box, removing any other label on the parcel.

    Please have the box and item(s) ready for collection at the predetermined day or drop off the parcel to a Royal Mail Collection Point.

    Please note that the delivery return is at your cost.

    Once the item(s) has/have been received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment used to make the purchase and a confirmation email will be sent to you.

    Can I exchange?

    Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges at this time.

  • The item I ordered is defective. What do I do?

    If the item you received is defective, please contact Customer Service at info@muviwear.com as soon as you receive it. Please keep the original packaging so we can assist a return for you.

  • Are MUVI T-shirts sustainable?

    The B&C TM062 Sublimation is STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX® this mean If a textile article carries the STANDARD 100 label, you can be certain that every component of this article, i.e. every thread, button and other accessories, has been tested for harmful substances and that the article therefore is harmless for human health. The test is conducted by our independent OEKO-TEX® partner institutes on the basis of our extensive OEKO-TEX® criteria catalog. In the test they take into account numerous regulated and non-regulated substances, which may be harmful to human health. In many cases the limit values for the STANDARD 100 go beyond national and international requirements. The criteria catalog is updated at least once a year and expanded with new scientific knowledge or statutory requirements. It is not easy for manufacturers and customers to keep an overview of the legal situation concerning harmful substances every day. Our experts from the OEKO-TEX® institutes do this for you. A MADE IN GREEN by OEKO-TEX® label gives you confidence that the product has been been tested for harmful substances and was made in environmentally friendly facilities.

  • Do I have to pay taxes and import duties on orders delivered outside the UK?

    All orders abroad are excluding any taxes and All orders abroad are excluding any taxes and import duties, further costs will be added to your order, this is why we don't allow delivery shipping off United Kingdom.
